- Spoofing: Placing orders with the intent to cancel before execution to manipulate prices
- Layering: Placing multiple orders at different price levels with the intent to cancel them
- Front-Running: Trading ahead of known pending orders to profit from the expected price movement
- Coordinated Trading: Colluding with others to manipulate asset prices
2.2 Fraud and Deception
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or performance records
- Misrepresenting the nature or risks of any investment
- Phishing or attempting to obtain others' credentials
- Using fake or stolen identities
2.3 Abuse of Platform Features
- Operating multiple accounts (Sybil attacks)
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
- Automating actions in ways that abuse platform resources
- Interfering with other users' access to the Platform
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
2.4 Circumventing Restrictions
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions
- Creating accounts on behalf of persons in restricted jurisdictions
- Helping others circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions
- Evading account suspensions or bans
3. Sanctions Compliance
Replica complies with international sanctions regimes. You may not use the Platform if you are:
- Located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned jurisdiction
- Named on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated List, UN Security Council, etc.)
- Owned or controlled by a sanctioned person or entity
- Acting on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity
3.1 Sanctioned Jurisdictions
The following jurisdictions are subject to comprehensive sanctions and are prohibited from accessing the Platform:
- United States (including all territories)
- Canada
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Sevastopol (occupied Ukrainian territories)
- Any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions
3.2 Sanctions Screening
Replica may conduct sanctions screening on users and transactions. If you are flagged by our screening processes:
- Your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation
- You may be required to provide additional verification
- Your funds may be frozen in compliance with applicable laws
- Information may be reported to relevant authorities
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
You may not use Replica for money laundering or terrorist financing. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Platform to convert or transfer proceeds of crime
- Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds
- Using third-party wallets to obscure the origin of funds
- Providing false information about the source of funds
- Using the Platform to finance terrorism or weapons proliferation
Replica reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
You may not:
- Infringe on Replica's trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property
- Use Replica's branding without authorization
- Create portfolios that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
6. Privacy and Data Protection
You may not:
- Collect or harvest other users' personal information
- Share other users' information without their consent
- Use the Platform to stalk, harass, or threaten others
- Attempt to deanonymize other users' wallet addresses
7. Communication Standards
When communicating on or about the Platform (including portfolio descriptions, social media, etc.), you may not:
- Post false or misleading statements about Replica or its services
- Spread misinformation about portfolio performance
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Share content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful
- Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately:
Reports can be submitted anonymously. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
9. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Temporary Suspension: Restricted access pending investigation
- Permanent Ban: Termination of account and access
- Asset Freeze: Temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation
- Legal Action: Civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate
- Reporting: Disclosure to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Replica reserves the right to take any enforcement action at its sole discretion, without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Platform.
10. Changes to This Policy
Replica may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
